Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
1. Please call Jerry Adams at (704)372-6790 to request a return. If the return is permitted, you will be assigned a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. The RGA number must appear on the outside of the package you are returning.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Items missing this information will not be processed for return.
Return Exceptions
Special Order Items are not eligible for return.
Other items including, but not limited to, electrical components, all application equipment, all rubber parts, gaskets, drill bits, all pumps, loose tanks, items out of original packaging, and any items with adhesive labels or markings on the original packaging are not eligible for return
If an excluded item is deemed to contain a manufacturer’s defect, Forshaw Inc. will consider return requests on these items on a case by case basis
Forshaw Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if an item is eligible for return. Furthermore, in the event the returned item is deemed to be nonreturnable, Forshaw Inc. will dispose of the returned item and not credit the original charges.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Restocking fees do not apply to returns caused by a manufacturer’s defect.

Shipping Policy
Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Forshaw Inc. reserves the right to choose the method of shipping. In all cases, Forshaw Inc. will work to minimize the transit time and the cost of shipment.
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are determined by the weight of your shipment and its final destination. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. At this point, you may confirm or cancel the order.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
