STAFF ON THE MOVE
Congratulations to Zach Schoolman, Will Haskins, and Claude Palmer! Here's a little more about their new roles:
Zach Schoolman, in addition to his Concierge duties, will serve as our Inventory Management System Project Coordinator. In his new role, Zach will lead the implementation of IMS. IMS is a great tool that will provide many benefits to our customers by helping them manage their inventory levels, usage, and orders.
Will Haskins will also be serving dual roles. Will is going to serve as both Customer Service & Sales Rep and Rig Building Project Coordinator. As the Rig Building Project Coordinator, Will is responsible for coordinating with the customer and Mike in the rig shop everything from ensuring the rig is built to the customer’s specifications, through to the delivery / billing of the unit(s).
Claude Palmer has been promoted to Warehouse Training Manager. Claude will support building capability in our warehouse teams by training new employees as well as developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
